What flowers will I get each month?

Every box is curated fresh at the time of delivery, seasonal, artisan blooms selected by our florists. No two months look exactly the same, so you always get something new to love.

When does delivery happen?

Monthly plan: Your flowers arrive between the 1st–5th of each month.
Every-2-weeks plan: Your first delivery arrives between the 1st–5th, and your second arrives mid-month.

How do I cancel?

No commitment, cancel anytime — just log into your account, go to "Manage Subscription," and click cancel. Prefer a human? Message us on WhatsApp or emailinfo@eltruckdelasflores.comand we'll take care of it.

Freshness Guarantee. What if I'm not happy with my flowers?

We stand behind every arrangement. If something's not right, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
