Cancellation policy
Esta plantilla tiene un problema: dos de sus tres secciones hablan de cosas que no vendes — "pre-orders" y "try before you buy" no existen en tu tienda, y dejarlas ahí solo confunde al cliente y te compromete a procesos que no ofreces ("try before you buy" en flores... imagínate 😄). La sección de suscripciones sí aplica y está bien, pero le falta el detalle floral clave: el deadline para pausar antes del próximo cobro.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (Bloom Club)
When you purchase a flower subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery cycle.
You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. Use the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription, or contact us at eltruckdelasflores@gmail.com or +1 (305) 205-8847.
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Charges already processed correspond to arrangements already scheduled and prepared, and are not refundable — but we'll always work with you to reschedule a delivery you can't receive.
ONE-TIME ORDERS (Bouquets & Arrangements)
Because our flowers are prepared fresh to order:
- Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date, with a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund, as your flowers are already being prepared — but we're happy to reschedule your pickup or delivery for another day.
CUSTOM ORDERS & EVENTS
Custom floral arrangements, event florals and brand activations follow the cancellation terms specified in their individual quote or agreement.
