SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY Last updated: July 9, 2026 El Truck de Las Flores is a local floral studio in Kendall, Miami. We do not ship nationwide — our flowers are made fresh daily and delivered locally to preserve their quality.PICKUP (FREE) Same-day pickup is available at our truck: 9875 North Kendall Drive, Miami, FL 33176. Select "Pickup" at checkout and choose your date. Please bring your order confirmation. LOCAL DELIVERY We deliver across Miami with a minimum of 24 hours' notice: - Miami Local (up to 7 miles from our Kendall location): $15 — minimum order $65 - Greater Miami (7 to 13 miles): $25 — minimum order $65 - Brickell & Miami Beach: available for orders of $150+ — contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (305) 205-8847 to arrange. Orders placed after 6:00 PM count from the following day. Select your delivery date at checkout using the calendar. DELIVERY DETAILS Please provide a complete address and a phone number for the recipient. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will contact you to coordinate. Flowers left at the door (at your request) are the customer's responsibility once delivered. FLOWER SUBSTITUTIONS Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Varieties and colors may vary depending on daily availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with one of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style, color palette and value of the arrangement. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds. INCORRECT ADDRESS If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee will apply. Refunds are not available for orders undeliverable due to address errors. RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE If the recipient is not available and we cannot reach you or them by phone within 30 minutes, we may leave the flowers in a safe spot, with a neighbor/front desk, or return them to our studio. Returned orders can be picked up the same day; redelivery requires an additional delivery fee. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not available in these cases.WEATHER & EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL In case of severe weather (including hurricane warnings), road closures, or other events beyond our control, we may need to reschedule your delivery. We will contact you to arrange a new date or offer store credit. Safety comes first — for our team and your flowers. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your flowers arrive damaged or your order is incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a photo at eltruckdelasflores@gmail.com or +1 (305) 205-8847 and we'll make it right — replacement or store credit.QUESTIONS?
